  • No refunds will be issued on coaching services, courses, digital products, or memberships. All purchases are final.
  • If you enroll in a payment plan, you are legally obligated to complete all installmentsā€”early cancellation does not release you from your payment responsibilities.
  • Purchases made on the EVOLVE App via Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to their respective refund policies. Refunds, if applicable, must be requested directly through those platforms.
  • We reserve the right to revoke access to our courses, coaching, and membership areas if payment obligations are not met.

9. Events & Retreats

  • All events, retreats, and workshops are subject to availability and may change without notice.
  • Refund policies for events and retreats will be outlined on a case-by-case basis per event. Please refer to specific event terms before purchasing.
  • We are not liable for any injuries, delays, or cancellations beyond our control.
